Are you a Digital Marketer with a passion for managing websites? Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Officer to join their growing marketing team and lead on the development and delivery of changes to a range of websites and their intranet. You will lead the day-to-day monitoring and analysis, making recommendations for improvements to engagement, customer experience along with identifying technical issues. You will have an eye for design and work with the design team on website layout and work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Officer on digital campaigns. You will have knowledge of website development and be able to use HTML to make changes to the website as needed. You will be analytical and enjoy reporting, feeding back into the strategy to allow for future development. This is a permanent, full-time role with a mix of office and home working (2-3 days a week in the office). The salary is circa £34k, depending on experience. This role is based in Coventry and commutable across Warwickshire, Birmingham and Leicestershire

As Senior Digital Officer, you will be leading on the development and delivery of improvements to the websites and intranet. You will be using analytics and insights to ensure continuous improvements to the digital platforms, looking at customer behaviors and user journey, making amends to the back-end of sites using HTML.
You will be passionate about digital and enjoy the technical side of marketing (rather than communications) you will have experience managing websites, ensuring optimization, improving the customer journey.
You will have hands-on experience in using HTML to make amends to a range of websites, including working with different functionality
You will have worked with other teams such as content and design and will have an eye for design and know how to layout websites
Using analytics to report on website performance; clickthroughs, engagement rates, customer journeys and identify issues providing solutions with the web developers
Designing and developing pages for the websites and intranet
You will be proactive and a creative thinker
Experience using Campaign Monitor or another email marketing tool
Experience in customer segmentation
This role would suit a Website Manager or Digital Marketing Executive / Manager with great technical experience and web development skills.
