I am looking for a Senior Events Manager or Senior Events Project Manager to join an amazing integrated events agency in Wiltshire that is looking to grow its team of passionate individuals. If you have experience in managing live and virtual events and are highly organised with strong project management skills, then they would like to hear from you. You might be currently sitting in an agency role that is client-facing, managing projects from concept through to completion. You will be a creative thinker who is passionate about your job and loves getting involved with developing creative concepts, and someone who is able to bring ideas to life. You will be a strong team player and comfortable working with clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will be experienced in developing proposals and be a key part in delivering pitches with the ability to hold your own. You will have experience in managing the logistics of an event and be happy to attend the event during the day or night to ensure everything runs smoothly. All hours worked outside of normal hours to attend events can be claimed back in lieu. Our client is fully embracing the world of hybrid working and is totally open to this role being office-based or mostly remote. They do ask for a minimum of one day in the office and you will also be able to be onsite ahead of events to work collaboratively. This role is a permanent and full-time role and the salary is between £34k - £38k DOE. This role is based in Wiltshire and is commutable from Cirencester, Swindon, Oxford, Bristol, Reading, Newbury, to name a few.

An amazing and modern events company in Wiltshire that manages both virtual and live events providing an end-to-end service for some incredibly well-known clients across the UK. With over 20 years' event production experience and their own in-house set design and build team, as well as their own LED studio, they have all the tools to provide a comprehensive service to their clients. They are driven on creating a narrative for every client they work with and bring brands to life using inventive and creative content. The Role

As a Senior Events Project Manager, you will be client-facing, responsible for providing an end-to-end service managing projects from developing and delivering pitches, taking initial brief all the way through to the live (or virtual) event. You will be a passionate, keen and driven individual who is highly organised and experienced in communicating with clients every step of the way. If you are a creative thinker with experience in both live and virtual events, this could be the role for you.

About You

  • You will have experience managing live events from start to finish. Live event experience is a must and virtual events experience would be a plus

  • You will have proven experience in developing proposals and being hands-on in delivering pitches, being an expert in events for your client

  • You will have strong skills in managing logistics for all kinds of events, preferably within a corporate setting

  • You will have a creative mind and willing to put forward ideas towards the concept of events

  • You will be passionate about what you do, and always keen to learn more.

  • You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment which is ever changing, and comfortable spinning a lot of plates

  • You will love to work in a collaborative way, working with others in the team to turn ideas into reality

This role is with an agency based in Wiltshire and they are fully flexible. You will have to be office-based a minimum of 1 day a week, but you can be office-based as many days as you like. Please only apply if you are happy commuting to their office at least one day a week and also before events.
