This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail agency, specialising in shopper marketing and brand/retail activation. We are looking for a conceptual Senior Graphic Designer to join the newly established Growth Team, to work on pitch-winning creative solutions for high profile brands in UK Shopper Retail, Brand Comms, and Global Travel Retail. The role is permanent and full-time, with 2 days expected on-site at the office in Northampton.

The Role

As Senior Graphic Designer on the Growth Team, you will work closely with a Creative Director, applying your talent for visual craft, copy and comms across a range of pitch creative including omni-channel consumer campaigns, retail packaging, brand development, and digital content. Your shopper orientated mindset will underpin the work you do and the potential brands you will be working on will span across a range of categories: Food, Alcohol, Fuel & Energy, Leisure & Outdoor. Your flair for storytelling will live and breathe through your presentation design, in the creation of compelling pitch decks. You will also help deliver the creative marketing collateral for the agency itself, designing comms to communicate the agency offering, approach and value-set. You will be part of a wider creative team of 30 and will often find yourself collaborating with Creative Artworkers, and Designers of various specialist disciplines.

About You

You have experience working with high-profile brands in creative agencies with a portfolio showcasing original thinking for brand development & shopper marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. You are a strong communicator and presenter, able to rationalise your creative solutions with confidence, and share your passion for brands and brand stories. You consider yourself a well-rounded graphic designer who can put your hand to graphic communication and content across print, packaging and digital, and vector/digital illustration. You are skilled in PowerPoint, and Mac & Adobe CS, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
