I am currently recruiting a new opportunity for aSenior Marketing Executivefor a forward-thinking and innovative B2B and B2C business. Based in Warwickshire and commutable from both Warwickshire and Worcestershire, this is a 360 standalone marketing position with the intention to begin to grow a team towards the end of this year/beginning of next. The salary range is c.£30,000 - £33,000 DOE.

Innovative in their approach and the solutions/products they offer their customers, this business is paving the way in their market and is set to continue to grow well into the future.

The Role

As Senior Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in order to drive both offline and online audiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to implement their marketing vision for the business and to develop their skill set.

Responsibilities will include:

Brand management: communicate and reinforce brand guidelines in all marketing material, maintaining and developing the corporate image. Working with B2C and B2B markets

Campaign planning: working closely with the Commercial Team to ensure campaigns are delivered within the time

Keep up to date with marketing best practices, trends and developments

Social media: managing social media strategy across all channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest

Analytics and reporting: ensuring campaigns, web traffic, etc. are measured and analysed against KPIs and competitor analysis

Website & E-commerce: content, product and back-office management - including web site developments and content updates

Budget management: manage and track the relevant marketing campaigns and projects budgets

Marketing collateral: liaise with/brief agencies and suppliers to ensure that collateral is produced, including brochures, leaflets, and stationery.

Manage marketing materials production; including leaflets, flyers and posters to include proofreading and writing, liaising with printers and designers.

Media planning/PR: manage trade and consumer press/agencies to ensure editorials and adverts are booked according to timescales, including digital and print.

Prepare press releases, company newsletter and event announcements.

Partnerships: develop relationships and propose partnerships, as part of a business strategy to attract new audiences

Events: liaise with/brief agencies to plan and run events; identify new events that the company can attend on a local, national and international level; Looking for key PR opportunities within the events

Provide assistance in terms of logistics for events including seminars and trade shows

Photoshoots: creative direction of photo/video shoots

CRM: managing and building a database of consumers

Email marketing: grow and utilise the B2B and B2C database to create and schedule email marketing campaigns in line with business objectives

Market Analysis and Reporting: conduct web-based research for market and marketing analysis

Conduct web-based research for campaign and PR

Track marketing activity and campaign success and provide appropriate reporting as required

About You

This is an excellent role for an experienced Senior Executive/Manager level candidate who is capable and experienced in managing both day to day elements such as brand, social, website & e-commerce, PR/media, events and collateral but who has also been involved in the strategic side of marketing.
