This role will involve being client-facing, working on developing social strategies, creating content, scheduling and posting. You will be analytical and enjoy reporting on social media activity. You will take these insights and feedback to your clients, making future recommendations. This is a permanent role with a salary of around £25k-£27k DOE (with some flex) and will be office-based. This role is based in Birmingham and is easily commutable via Leamington, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, and Birmingham to name a few. As Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will be client-facing and so being able to nurture relationships is key. You will be hands-on in creating content and enjoy working with your clients to develop strategies that you will then go on to implement. You will be working across all key social platforms and engage with online communities.
You absolutely love social media and understand what content works well on each channel
Proven experience in developing strategies for social media
You will either have worked within an agency OR been working in-house. If you are from an in-house background you will have great project management experience and enjoy the pace of agency life
You will love keeping up with trends in social media, ensuring that you are continually learning
You will have proven experience in analysing social media activity and be confident in making recommendations to inform future campaigns
You love community management, driving engagement and encouraging interaction
You will have a 'can do' attitude, be self-motivated but love working as part of a team
