Are you a B2B Social Media Account Manager looking to join a collaborative and creative marketing agency in the West Wiltshire area? I am partnering with a great agency as they search for someone to join the team in this unique opportunity. You will be joining the social team and will be leading on the growth of new platforms for one of their biggest clients. You will have strong experience in client management, being the main point of contact for a client while being hands-on in social media. You will have good experience across Instagram and Facebook and know how to grow channels organically, setting up these channels and growing and developing them over time. B2B experience is important for this role. You will enjoy being strategic, developing content plans and you may also be creative (although you will work closely with a designer). There is lots of opportunity for this role to grow as you grow a small team around you in the future, the scope for this role is huge! You will be curious and adaptable and love keeping up with the latest trends in social media as they are moving so quickly! Although an agency role, you will have one key client that you will be working on. This is a permanent role based in Wiltshire and will be a mix of office (which is beautiful) and home working on a full-time basis. The salary for this role will be between £32k and £39k and DOE.

The Role

As Social Media Account Manager (B2B) you will be joining an established social media team and will be working on a key client, developing, growing and shaping social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will be growing the channels and an audience organically and will be involved in the full process. Client management is key in this role, and you will be developing a strong relationship with your client, keeping them updated and educating them on best practice. You will be creating content plans and working with a designer on the creative side. You will naturally be data-led and enjoy looking at insights, feeding these back into the strategy.

About You

You will be passionate about social media and in particular love growing and developing audiences in the B2B space.

  • You will be client-facing and have strong account management experience. You will be confident in taking a lead with your client, educating them on best practice and advising them

  • Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram

  • Experienced in growing and developing social media channels (actual growth not just maintenance, although this is important to!)

  • Experienced in organic growth methods and able to engage and build an audience of B2B professionals

  • A creative mind is key, and some creative skills are a bonus, but you will have access to a designer to bring your creative ideas to life

  • Experienced in analysing and reporting on key social media metrics, taking this data and using it to inform strategy

  • Experienced in social media tools such as SocialBaker

  • You will enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in social media and be one step ahead

This role is based in west Wiltshire and will include a mix of home and office working with 2-3 days a week in their beautiful office.
