BTB is partnering exclusively with Cartwright Communications as they search for a Senior Social Media Executive OR Social Media Manager to join their collaborative, loyal and fierce marketing agency. Cartwright Communications have a gorgeous new office in Nottingham and are fully embracing the hybrid approach to working with just 2-3 days a week in the office and working from home the rest of the time. You will be working with a portfolio of B2B or Consumer clients, developing strategies, content plans, creating content and managing compelling social media campaigns. You will love growing social media communities and be all over the most popular social media platforms. This is a full-time permanent role and the salary is dependant on experience £27k - £30k.

As Senior Social Media Executive OR Social Media Manager, you will be working with a range of different clients, helping them to develop their social media strategies and be hands-on in the implementation. You will be consulting with them on best practice and helping them keep up with the latest trends. You will love growing and developing communities and keep up with the social platforms to make sure you are at the forefront of change. If you want to take this role one step further and really own social media and drive their social media offering then the opportunity is there for you.
You must have experience working within an agency and love agency life
You will have experience in working directly with clients, advising and consulting on social media trends and helping them keep up with social media changes
Working closely with the creative team who can help bring your social vision to life
Experience in developing national level social media campaigns
You will love working as part of a team, with lots of flexibility and in a collaborative way
You will have experience in community management and helping grow online communities
You will have experience in analysing and reporting on social media activity
Love the buzz of agency life and enjoy spinning lots of plates
Self-motivated and enjoy working from home as well as in the office
This role is based in Nottingham and is easily commutable across the East Midlands, it can also be based in Birmingham, with a one day a week trip to the Nottingham office. There is lots of flexibility around this.
