The Role

This Social Media Manager role is a brand-new, pivotal position for growing their online presence. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be experienced in developing social strategies, setting up quarterly and yearly objectives for the activity, putting together reports on campaigns, creating engaging seasonal and promotional content inclusive of multimedia posts, blogs, and articles, and researching and reviewing competitors and community management. You will also be the 'go to' social media expert on the team, working collaboratively with the marketing and digital teams to ensure brand campaigns are aligned and working effectively across all touchpoints.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven experience in a strategic and hands-on social media position, devising, managing and reporting on campaign key metrics

  • Have previously developed, created and repurposed content for social media

  • Have a solid background creating content plans and calendars and scheduling content

  • Have good exposure to influencing and growing an audience on social channels as well as community management

  • Have previously worked alongside a wider marketing department on brand development and digital strategy
