This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to enable, influence and evolve their skills and experience to generate success for their clients.
Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be one of two Traffic supporting the delivery teams. On a daily basis, you will manage work schedules and task assignments, resource allocations and requirements, monitor the quality of briefs and organise and manage daily status meetings with internal stakeholders to review the daily workload and keep everyone informed and updated as to the progress and status of their projects. You will also plan the monthly and quarterly resource requirements, maintaining a long-term plan.
You have at least 2 years' experience in scheduling and trafficking design, web and print projects in an agency environment, with good experience in managing digital development work. You are familiar with managing a workflow with multiple interdependent resources, using various tools such as an integrated ERP system and Google Workspace applications. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing deadlines. You consider yourself highly organised and a problem-solver with a methodical approach and a strong eye for detail. Your experience has given you the confidence to negotiate, influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
