We have an exciting NEW role in Northeast England, working as part of an established design team to lead on all digital content creation. As a digital-first thinker, you will be able to come up with solutions to turn static design into engaging pieces of ‘moving content’, as well as help expand the company's increasing demand for video. This role is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role, on-site in Durham 2x days, remote 3x days. We are open to various experience levels but require a minimum of 5 years in a permanent professional content creation role, ideally in a lead or management role. We are unable to advertise salary but will provide details on application.

Our Client

Our client is an industry leader in their field, that is heavily investing in their marketing, and you will be part of the creative team that is rolling it out. They have just built a new on-site studio for photo and video shoots, and state-of-the-art camera equipment. They just need the right multi-disciplined content creator on board to run with this!

The Role

You will be the go-to for all moving content; creating engaging animations, shooting and editing new product videos, how-to videos, talking heads and case studies, for the purposes of web, social and internal comms. This role is multi-disciplined and would ideally attract a candidate who has been in a similar position, with experience of managing and mentoring a team.

About You

  • Skilled in After Effects with an eye for design

  • Knowledge of content creation for all digital channels

  • Strong filming, editing, and motion skills

  • Capable of ideation, scriptwriting, and storyboarding

  • Proficiency in content creation, editing, and post-production

  • Knowledge of video marketing and effective engagement across various social channels

  • Capacity to interpret internal briefs and offer multi-disciplinary solutions

  • Strong eye for design, colour theory, composition and experience working within brand guidelines

  • A dedicated work ethic to foster positive relationships with the team and stakeholders

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and remain composed under pressure

  • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and continuous skill development
