I am working on a brilliant Website Manager role with a long-standing client of Beyond The Book, which prides itself in servicing the healthcare industry. This client is based in a beautiful rural location and so driving is a must! They are excited to be looking for a Digital Marketer who can join the team and take responsibility for a portfolio of client websites while also managing wider digital marketing for the company. This company has an agency set up and would welcome in-house and agency candidates. You will have proven experience in managing a digital marketing strategy and all things digital daily across social media, email, website and content management. You will have strong website management experience with some HTML and CSS, and able to make changes to websites (back-end). You will be a creative at heart and have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite along with a positive 'can-do' attitude. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £29,000 DOE. This role is based in Warwickshire and easily commutable from Stratford-Upon-Avon, Studley, Alcester, Warwick, Worcester and Leamington.

As Website Manager you will take ownership of the digital marketing strategy, managing digital marketing campaigns from idea through to delivery and analytics. You will be a passionate digital marketer who loves to review campaign success and feed this back into future campaign planning. Websites are incredibly important to our client and you will need to be able to make changes to websites using HTML and CSS and maintain these on a daily basis. With the ever-changing digital landscape, you will be expected to keep up to date with new trends and developing technologies. You will be managing email marketing campaigns, running social media channels, and maintaining multiple websites.
You will have previous experience in implementing digital marketing strategies and have a broad range of digital skills
Proven experience in developing email marketing campaigns for different audiences. You will be able to create fresh content but also be able to edit and proof existing (sometimes technical) content
Excellent experience in website management; using HTLM and CSS to make changes to websites as needed
You will be a social media guru, understanding the different channels and enjoy creating different content for different purposes
You have experience in managing content on a website
You have proven experience in analysing and reporting on all digital marketing activities, sharing your findings with the team, and making recommendations based on this
You are a self-starter, able to self-motivate and love a challenge!
You thrive in a busy environment and love to manage multiple projects
You understand that digital is everchanging and enjoy continuing to learn and grow
