Graphic Designer

We have an exciting NEW role in Northeast England for a passionate Graphic Designer, looking to advance their skills. Working as part of an established design team, you will be contributing to all design output for our client, an industry-leading wholesaler. You will have 3+ years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer, with solid foundations in both print and digital asset creation. This role is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role, on-site in Durham 3x days, remote 2x days. The Role

This varied role involves working across all design requests to hit the studio; from posters to digital asset creation for web and email campaigns, to in-store POS and print collateral, as well as internal comms and the occasional presentation! This role requires a can-do positive attitude, and the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels, from C-suite employees to branch staff. This role is multi-disciplined and would ideally attract a candidate who has been in a similar position.

You will have….

  • A passion for all things design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating this.
  • A Design qualification and 3+ years of relevant commercial design experience in-house or agency side
  • Previous experience in a similar role, working within company brand guidelines.
  • Full knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Id, Ps, Ai, Ae, Pr)
  • Experience designing for various print media including brochures, flyers, posters and large format prints, as well as an understanding of printing processes and specifications.
  • Experience in creating digital assets for web and email campaigns, and any additional skills in video editing and After Effects would be great!
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and expand your design skillset.
  • An ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines, whilst working across multiple projects at any one time.

This role is based in Durham, before applying please ensure that you are able to commute to the studio for a minimum of 3x days per week.
