I specialise predominantly in Account & Campaign Management and Delivery for agencies and in-house teams across the UK. However I also have a growing specialism in Business Development and events which are fast become a bigger focus here at BTB.

I joined Beyond The Book as a Recruitment Consultant after working in the commercial art industry for over 17 years. For 12 years of that, I have worked in account management within the industry – recruiting artist talent and managing multiple client accounts working across marketing, business, creative and brand.

Recruitment was a natural step for me because building relationships and understanding what makes people tick has been the foundation of my career and what I pride myself on. I understand the complexities of business environments and how important the right professional and cultural fit is. To achieve this, it’s no longer about there just being a fit on paper – there have to be the same goals, ethos and values between clients and candidates to create perfect partnerships built for long-term success and that’s what I want to achieve for those I work with!

As a person, I’m honest, empathetic and inquisitive and I absolutely love to help people wherever possible - which are all values I know are shared with everyone I work with at Beyond The Book.
