Digital Delivery Lead

Are you an experienced technical or digital delivery leader with a background in Unreal Engine, Unity or real-time visualisation, looking for an opportunity to influence how innovative digital experiences are developed and delivered? We're working with a major international organisation whose in-house creative and digital team brings together specialists in visualisation, real-time technology, software development, animation, design and immersive experiences.

They're looking for a Digital Delivery Lead to help shape and strengthen their technical delivery capability, supporting multidisciplinary teams working on complex, high-profile projects across the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to move beyond individual project delivery and play a broader role in developing people, improving processes, influencing technical direction and helping a growing digital business realise its potential. This is a permanent, full-time role and offers hybrid working offered across multiple UK locations.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced technical specialists, project managers and senior leaders, you'll help ensure that digital projects are delivered effectively, combining technical excellence with strong collaboration, commercial awareness and innovative thinking.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of complex digital and interactive projects, from initial planning through to completion
• Supporting teams working across visualisation, Unreal Engine, Unity and other real-time technologies
• Developing and improving workflows, technical standards and delivery processes
• Providing leadership, guidance and support to multidisciplinary technical and creative teams
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements, solve challenges and identify opportunities for innovation
• Helping evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development, automation and new digital platforms
• Contributing to wider digital strategy, capability development and continuous improvement
• Ensuring projects balance creative quality, technical performance, timelines and commercial objectives

About You

We're interested in hearing from people who combine technical understanding with the ability to lead, influence and bring teams together.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong experience in real-time technologies, particularly Unreal Engine and/or Unity
• A background in digital delivery, immersive technology, visualisation, interactive experiences or software development
• Experience leading technical teams, managing projects and supporting others in delivering complex work
• The ability to develop effective workflows, improve processes and introduce new technologies
• Confidence working with clients, project managers and senior stakeholders
• A strategic mindset, with an interest in how digital capabilities can evolve and grow
• An understanding of the commercial and operational considerations involved in successful project delivery

Experience with digital twins, architectural visualisation, virtual production, XR, technical pipelines or AI-assisted development would be particularly relevant. You might currently be working as a Technical Lead, Unreal Engine Lead, Real-Time Lead, Technical Director, Digital Delivery Manager or in a similar position. You don't necessarily need to be hands-on with Unreal or Unity every day, but you should have the technical credibility to guide teams, challenge approaches and make informed delivery decisions.
