Deliver
Ideal for businesses working with multiple recruitment agencies who need quick access to top talent.
- Internal database & network search
- Role-by-role basis
- Fee: 20% of the candidate’s first-year salary
- Rebate: 8-weeks
Exclusive
For clients who wish to engage as us their partner agency, to conduct a thorough search of the active and passive market - and provide the strongest candidates. This retains the option to hire directly, whilst we are engaged to recruit for you.
- Internal database & network search
- External market search for passive and active candidates
- Candidate experience reporting
- Cultural fit assessments (psychometric profiling). Optional.
- Fee: 18% of the candidate’s first-year salary
- Rebate: 12-weeks
- Upfront Cost: £2,500 (deducted from final placement fee)
Partner
For clients who wish to engage us as their partner agency, to conduct a thorough search of the active and passive market and provide the strongest candidates. We handle all recruitment activities, where any direct candidates sourced intentionally or otherwise (it can happen!) by the client are passed to Beyond The Book as their recruitment partner. Our most popular service.

- Fee: 16% of the candidate’s first-year salary
- Rebate: 6-month free replacement
- We handle all recruitment activities, including direct applicants
