With 10 years recruitment and HR experience, I manage our Marketing team, which includes PR & Comms, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Brand, Product & Category, for agencies and in-house across the UK.

I have built up a depth of knowledge of the many industries my client serve and the specialisms that my agency clients offer. You could say I am sector and specialism agnostic!

Before I moved into agency life, I worked within HR in the leisure and hospitality industry, but naturally gravitated towards a role in recruitment because this is what I loved most. My career has always involved people and building strong relationships wherever I go.

I love content, I love social media and I have a passion for all things PR. I am a firm believer that relationships are key. Through my love of building relationships, I pride myself on working closely with my clients to truly understand their business and long-term goals, and with my candidates to know the type of working culture that will help them thrive. Recruitment is a marathon, not a sprint; it isn’t about ‘placing that job’ but about working together for the long term and working toward the same end goal in partnership.
