Join our brand advocate program

We are on a mission to help more people land their dream role, and to do that we need to connect with more businesses.

As part of our Brand Advocate Program, we’re asking you to introduce us to anyone you know who recruits for their team.

As a thank you, you’ll earn £500 for any introduction that leads to a placement, It’s that simple.

How does it work?

Step 1

Submit your details above and one of the team will be in touch.

Step 2


You will provide us with the details of a contact you know that recruits for their team. This contact might be a business owner, or senior manager that makes hiring decisions for the company.

We will determine what your relationship is with this contact, and ask that you initiate an introduction or provide us with their details, giving them a heads up that we will be in touch.

That's your part done!

Step 3


We will meet your contact with the intention of partnering with them to fill a position within their team.

Step 4


Upon successful placement, our team will reach out and you will receive £500.


Terms & conditions

Incentive payment is eligible:

  • For permanent placements only.
  • Where the company or company team is not already a client of BTB. If they are a client of BTB, the advocate will be informed within 2 working days and evidence can be provided.
  • On first placement only.
  • The placement must be as a result of a first client meeting (face to face or video), which directly relates to the advocate’s introduction.
  • Payment will be made on an initial placement start date, up to 9 months from the first client meeting.
  • Only one introduction per company, unless other contact's are on another site, or within another team, with its own profit centre.
  • If more than one Advocate recommends the contact name within a company or company team, the introduction will progress from the Advocate who signed up first, and evidence can be provided.
  • There is no limit to the number of introductions any one Advocate can make.
