Senior Strategist
This candidate is a highly capable Senior Strategist with 10 years’ experience delivering culture-led brand, digital and communications strategy on the agency side, working primarily across sport, entertainment and media, with broader integrated comms experience spanning social, search, display, broadcast and OOH.
In person, they come across as genuinely lovely, extremely sharp, and very easy to build rapport with. Clearly bright and commercially minded, with a calm confidence. They are particularly strong in developing and leading sponsorship and partnership strategy, helping major organisations forge meaningful collaborations and translating that into high-performing activation plans. They consistently lead projects end-to-end, balancing insight, storytelling and measurable performance.
They are currently operating at a high level within a mid-sized agency environment but feel they have reached the ceiling in terms of progression. They are motivated by finding a role with broader ownership in terms of team management.
They are location-flexible and thrive in a city environment, looking in Manchester, London or Bristol. They would be an excellent addition to a strategy, growth or brand team where partnership-led thinking, cultural insight and senior-level strategic ownership are valued.
