Head of Creative
This candidate is looking for perm and available to freelance or contract immediately. They are an energetic Creative Leader with 10+ years’ experience delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across retail, e-commerce, fashion and consumer lifestyle sectors, with additional exposure to technology, finance and publishing. They specialise in creative direction, art direction and visual storytelling, consistently elevating brand identity and campaign performance across digital and physical customer touchpoints.
Led in-house creative studios and multi-disciplinary teams (typically 5–12), improving output quality and pace through strong leadership, structured workflows and modern production tracking systems. They bring a commercial mindset alongside creative excellence, with a track record of delivering major seasonal and trading campaigns, supporting international rollouts, and improving brand consistency across markets. Also confident integrating AI-enabled tools into creative development and studio processes to drive faster ideation and more efficient delivery.
Now seeking freelance, fixed-term contract or permanent opportunities. Open to permanent roles in London or the South East (salary expectation £70k+), and freelance/FTC roles either in London/South East or remote (particularly for organisations outside the region).
