Why these awards mean so much
Recruiter Insider's awards aren't based on an awards entry we've written about ourselves.
They're based on feedback from the people who actually experience our service: our candidates and clients.
Feedback is gathered independently and anonymously by Recruiter Insider at key stages throughout the recruitment process, giving us an ongoing and honest measure of the experience we're providing.
That's why these awards mean such a lot to us.
Recognised across candidate AND client experience
We're particularly proud of the breadth of this year's recognition.
Beyond The Book was named Best Agency Candidate Experience, runner-up for Best Agency Client Experience, and winner of the overall Best Agency Service Excellence Award, recognising the experience we provide across both sides of the recruitment process.
For us, those two sides have always gone hand in hand.
Great recruitment isn't simply about accessing the market and sending CVs.
It's about understanding the business, the role and the people involved. It's about communicating properly, managing the process well and applying genuine knowledge and care to finding the right long-term fit.
And candidates deserve exactly the same level of care throughout that process.
To have both sides of that independently recognised is something we're incredibly proud of.
A special award for Anna
Our Director and Co-Founder Anna Smith was also named winner of Best Consultant Client Experience.
Anna has spent more than 25 years working in recruitment and still cares enormously about getting under the skin of the businesses she works with, understanding what they really need and becoming an extension of their team.
Having that recognised through the feedback of the clients she works with makes this a particularly lovely award to win.
