At Beyond The Book, we support businesses with recruitment across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Client Services, Sales, and Operations, covering permanent hires, freelancers, and contractors.
As a thank you, if your introduction becomes a BTB client and we successfully place someone with them, we’ll pay you £500.
What makes a great introduction?

- Teams that already use recruitment partners, or may benefit from specialist recruitment support
What this program is NOT for:
This program is specifically for introductions to hiring businesses and decision-makers.
It is not for:
- Candidate referrals
- Friends looking for work
- General networking contacts
- Recruitment agencies

How does it work?
Step 1
Complete the referral form with a few details about you and your contact.
Step 2
One of our team will review the introduction and get in touch with you to discuss the opportunity.
Step 3
If appropriate, we’ll reach out to your contact and explore whether we can support their hiring needs.
Step 4
If your introduction becomes a BTB client and we successfully place someone with them, you’ll receive £500.
Terms & conditions
- Referral payments apply to permanent placements only
- The referred business or team must not already be an active BTB client
- Payment applies to the first successful placement only
- Payment will be made once the placed candidate has started their role
- Referrals remain valid for up to 9 months from the date of introduction
- If multiple referrals are received for the same business or team, the first submitted referral will take priority
- There is no limit to the number of business introductions you can make
