Recruitment ready, but not got the time or resource to fully qualify your applicants?

We bring efficiency and objectivity to your hiring process by qualifying your shortlisted applicants on your behalf, ensuring only the most suitable candidates progress to the interview stage. Conducting a thorough qualification of candidates at this stage leads to stronger hires, improved retention, and a more seamless recruitment experience.

This variable-cost service is dependent on the amount of candidates we qualify on your behalf, and includes the following within the cost:

  • Role briefing to align on key job requirements
  • GDPR-compliant processes to ensure data protection
  • Face-to-face candidate qualification for deeper assessment
  • Written reject summaries for transparency and feedback
  • Detailed profile submissions for recommended candidates

For the period of qualification, no candidate will be offered additional opportunities by BTB. Any candidate not hired by the client but who wishes to engage BTB to find future opportunities, has the right to do so.
