I have 18 years industry experience (12 years in marketing agencies, 6 years in creative recruitment) and I run the creative permanent desk here, supporting agencies and in-house studios across the Midlands, Central England, and beyond!
I work on a broad range of creative and studio roles across disciplines including concepts, art direction, digital - UX, UI, graphic design, creative artwork, 3D, motion graphics, video editing and copywriting.
During my advertising years, I registered with BTB as a candidate and when they were looking to recruit from the industry, I put my hand up and I’ve not looked back. Every day I get to use my knowledge and experience from my agency days in helping me understand the needs of my clients and candidates.
