Are you a Social Media Lead OR Head of Social looking to join an integrated agency as their 'go-to' for all things social media? Our client is working with some incredible consumer brands along with some B2B, charity and education clients and looking for you to take the lead. This role will be strategic, and client-facing but also hands-on in campaign delivery. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of £35k-£40k. Our client has a lovely office in Birmingham but offering hybrid working, so you will be onsite 2 days per week. The Company Our client is an integrated agency in the heart of Birmingham that works with clients across different sectors from beauty brands to automotive to charity to healthcare and education. They work with their clients to offer the very best solutions to their problems from helping them shape and define their brand, to implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to TV and video. With social media being an incredibly important service to this agency, the time has come to continue to develop the team. Not only will you be working with a small group of incredibly talented people, but you will also have access to a broader group of agencies to learn from. Did I mention they are giving you the option of a 9-day fortnight? Hello, 3-day weekends. The Role As Social Media Lead, you will be taking ownership of the social media function of the agency. You will be working with clients to come up with social media strategies, growing and nurturing relationships and then hands-on in the delivery. No matter how senior this role becomes you will keep your hands on the tools allowing you to continue to develop in an ever-changing industry. There will also be the opportunity for this role to develop into a more senior Head of Social Media position as the team continues to grow and you will be involved in the growth of the team and department.Working with the strategy team to create high-performance social strategiesShape the direction of the social media team as they continue to growFull end-to-end campaign management across both paid and organic (ok if you are stronger in one or the other)Oversee the production of content across the company's own social media channelsAbout YouStrong experience in working with clients to develop and shape their social media strategiesIdeally, experience across both organic social and paid social mediaA creative at heart and love contributing fresh ideasA passion for social media and a desire to be the 'go-to' for all things socialIncredible attention to detail and producing quality workExperience in account management and enjoy working with clients at different levelsEnjoy working with the wider teamBrilliant experience in analysing campaign success, knowing what key metrics to be looking at and taking these insights and feeding them back into strategyInfluencer marketing would be a bonusIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, hit apply or get in touch with me to find out more.
