Head of Digital Transformation / Head of Digital
Are you a passionate Head of Digital Transformation looking for your next role working with a leading B2B agency in Birmingham? Our client is offering the opportunity to join the senior management team and contribute to the agency's evolution as a consultative creative partner. You will be driving digital optimisation across the agency, helping shape their service offering and establishing them as a digital exemplar. You will be helping develop and drive transformation and monetisation of performance marketing services to create new revenue streams. You will love all things digital and will help harness a digital culture. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week. Salary is around £60k with some potential to flex and DOE. Previous agency experience, either digital or integrated is a must! The role is based in Birmingham and is commutable via Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Stafford, to name a few. This growing agency that works within the digital, brand communications, live and virtual world, is looking for some freelance talent to join them for a good few months to help them deliver some various projects which are a mixture of online experiences and virtual events and brand comms.You will be instrumental in working alongside the Account Directors in managing key digital projects, working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery across a wide range of digital projects across apps, interactive projects, virtual events, interactive projects, or 3D. You will have a background in digital project management working with Agile methodologies, working on campaigns from initial briefing to final delivery, juggling a number of projects at any one time.You will be advising clients on costs, agreeing timelines and measuring success of projects and updating the client at key stages including producing reports.You will have good technical competence and understanding of HTML/HTML5 and CSS, purely from understanding what is possible to clients in terms of timings from off the shelf to bespoke builds. This client is based in a beautiful rural location and so driving is a must! They are excited to be looking for a Digital Marketer who can join the team and take responsibility for all things digital for the company. This company has an agency set up and would welcome in-house and agency candidates. You will have proven experience in managing a digital marketing strategy and all things digital daily across social media, email, website and content management. You will have strong website management experience with basic HTML and CSS, and able to make changes to websites. You will be a creative at heart and have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite along with a positive, 'can-do' attitude. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £28,000 DOE.The CompanyOur client is a key player in their field and works closely with the healthcare sector.
