Studio Traffic Manager

As Studio Traffic Manager, you will be working in the internal creative team for this household name company with a strong heritage. You will be trafficking creative work across their 12 strong creative team, which includes Designers, Copywriters, UX Consultants and Content Editors. This is a new role within the business and they are looking for a Traffic Manager / Creative Services Manager who can look to bring in new processes and efficiencies and be responsible for all the workflow management within the creative and marketing team. Based in Bristol (not central, but near the M5) and with a hybrid working of 2 days a week onsite and 3 days WFH. The role comes with a salary of £35-40k and a great benefits package which include an annual bonus, inflated pension, flexible benefits scheme, life assurance and much more.The Role You will play a key role in supporting the development of their Creative studio. As this is a new role, you will help to suggest and implement new systems, enabling the smooth flow of creative projects, working closely with their Creative Director and Head of Marketing and Digital.You will be dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business and have full responsibility for trafficking all of their creative briefs through the studio, being able to juggle workaround if timelines need to change.You will work with their Comms team to forecast future workflow requirements, identifying clashes, high volume periods or holiday and proactively solving them ahead of timeYour remit will also include growing and nurturing relationships with agencies, freelance/contractors and other key suppliers, to make sure that the business always has access to the best talent.About You Ideally, you will have a thorough understanding of the creative and production process and have either worked within an in-house agency or a creative agency where you are perhaps a Traffic Manager, Creative Services Manager or Studio Manager and have experience in managing the workflow of a busy studio team (they currently use Jira as the workflow tool, but are very open and happy to change this).You have a natural commercial awareness and appreciation for great processes and efficiencies.You love to solve a problem and enjoy finding solutions and creating best practices and processes that benefit the team and the smooth workflow of workBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders comes easily to you and you are able to demonstrate empathy towards their requirements.
