We are looking for a 2D Senior Creative Motion Designer from a B2C agency background to join our client, a thriving Creative Agency located in Bedfordshire. You will be creating and delivering dynamic, compelling stories through film, animation and other forms of motion for a varied portfolio of clients, which includes some of the UK's biggest brands across Food and Beverage. This position is full-time, and permanent, and offers hybrid working and a competitive salary (details on application). This iconic retailer has a large, purpose-built Photographic studio to house their home interiors studio shoots. They are looking for a Photographer with 2/3+ years' experience to join their studio team, working onsite 5 days a week in the Home Counties (close to the motorway and commutable from London). The photo studio team is a mix of talented Photographers, Stylists, Art Directors, and Set Builders who are producing digital assets for their eCommerce site, and you will collaboratively deliver Home Interior Photography to a high standard. The salary is around £27-31k with a good bonus and excellent benefits. The studio is situated close to the M1 and is commutable from London, Luton, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. It is ideal if you can drive (there is plenty of parking onsite) or are able to drive to get to shoots - the train station is close by, but not within walking distance. The RoleYou will work alongside other Photographers, Stylists, Art Directors and Set Builders to ensure that the brand style and creative art direction and styling for each campaign is delivered to a high standard, which is mainly across room sets, but also will include some still life and table top/cut out and the potential to do location shoots. You will be able to take creative direction from their Senior Photographers, communicating and forging good relationships across the studio, with a problem-solving mentality. You will be involved with researching current trends across the Home Interiors market to ensure that you stay current to trends and be inspired by what is happening across social and eCommerce. You will be working to style guides and briefs set by product teams and creative leads and work collaboratively with stylists to ensure that the room set is on brand before shooting. About You You have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience as a Photographer working within retail Home Interiors and have a portfolio that shows your ability to accurately capture and edit beautiful product images within room set, home interiors photography and showcases your experience in using photography equipment, including lighting, and editing software. You can work under your own steam with some direction, but you will be confident in running your own shoots. You have good knowledge of ecommerce photography, retouching and lighting techniques. You have an incredibly good proficiency of using PhotoShop and Capture One You are a strong communicator who is proactive in your approach and have a problem-solving mentality. You take pride in your work and have good attention to detail and are organised in your approach and managing your workload. The Role
This role involves working closely with the Marketing Director to lead all creative aspects across Business and Marketing initiatives including brand strategy and identity, across physical and digital environments, as well as providing strategic creative and design oversight, guidance, and direction across a variety of channels and campaigns. Sitting in the UK marketing team, and leading the design team of 9, you will assume responsibility for studio operations, workflow management, and strategic planning, and spearhead all visual design aspects across the entire organisation.
Championing strategic creativity across a portfolio of brands.
Working closely with internal team, and occasional external creative agency support, to produce and create brand campaigns, including advertising and content, and provide visual merchandising and in-store design direction.
Overseeing projects from conception to completion, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring exceptional quality in all deliverables.
Conducting regular 1:1 reviews with direct reports.
Bringing alignment and uniformity to brand strategy and identity whilst respecting brand heritage, equity, and geographical cultural differences.
Helping define, manage, embed and streamline 'ways of working' across the business.
Upholding brand consistency across all channels, maintaining a cohesive visual identity that is aligned to their brand guidelines.
Providing regular status updates to the Director of Marketing and stakeholders on key project timelines, including any mitigation plans.

Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A solid omni portfolio of strategic creative work, exhibiting a seasoned background in brand design across various media, channels, and touchpoints.
