Are you a Senior Digital Designer, ready to take the next step up to CD, or an established Digital Creative Director looking for a new challenge? This opportunity is quite something!

The Company

Our client is a well-established, growing digital design agency in Nottingham. They have an enviable list of global clients in the entertainment and tech industry, all of which are household names. The agency really likes to push the boundaries on the work that they create for their clients, and you will often find them creating work on a number of platforms, including AI and VR, web, mobile, social content, advertising and presentations. They like to challenge themselves and their clients to ensure that the work that they produce is of a standard to stand up globally in the campaigns that they create. This agency has clients that are mostly London or global based and the quality of the creative work is of a very high standard, which is why they have been so successful and are enjoying good growth, which hasn't been affected by the uncertainties currently facing the market.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Digital Creative Director. It is a new role within the agency and you will work alongside their Executive CD to work alongside and support a talented team of Digital Designers, Developers, Writers, Content Strategists, and Project Managers to deliver their innovative digital campaigns that stretch across a wide range of digital channels, including the use of immersive technology such as AI, VR, AR, UX/UI, animation and more.

The Digital Creative Director will be responsible for the day to day creative direction of all the global campaigns throughout the agency, which could range across immersive technologies above to interactive and experiential work, including in-store and exhibitions - taking technology such as AI and working the briefs from conception through to final input, utilising the strengths of the team to enable delivery.

About You

You will have worked as either a Digital Lead or Creative Director in a digital agency, where you've worked on all concepts, but with hands-on digital skills within UX/UI, and you will have had exposure to other immersive technologies, even if just managing those skill sets within your team.

You enjoy learning new things and constantly question whether there are better ways or different solutions to a brief and you enjoy challenging yourself and the team around you to keep ahead of technology and be the innovators in your field.

You will have good communication skills as direct contact with clients and the wider agency team will be an important part of this role; you will be able to rationalise your ideas and you relish a challenge!

You have a portfolio of work that showcases your experience, passion, and pride for the digital work that you have both created and been the lead of within a team. You will be able to streamline processes and evaluate best practice for the studio.

You have worked as a Digital Lead and you're looking to take a step up to Creative Director, or you may be already a Creative Director who wants to work in a progressive agency on global campaigns that really are pushing boundaries.

Whilst this role is based in Nottingham, this digital agency very much work as a London agency and all of their clients are London or Global based, so if you are working in London and thinking of re-locating for a better quality of life, or perhaps you live within the East Midlands, or a big city like Birmingham or Manchester and want a new challenge - this one won't disappoint!

** Please note that in the current climate, this agency is all working remotely and as such, all interviews will be conducted virtually **
