We are working with an agency in Cheltenham who are looking to add a Digital Project Manager to their lovely team. This role would suit you if you're a Junior and looking to make the next step up, or an established Project Manager looking to grow your knowledge across a variety of projects which are all digital-focused. This permanent role comes with a salary of £30-£40K depending on experience and will be hybrid with 2-3 days in the office per week.

Their studio is a relaxed and friendly place to work, with a great down-to-earth team of 16 including Creative and Digital Directors, Designers, Artworkers and Developers.

The Role
You will work closely with the Head of Digital and the wider agency team, managing both small and large projects which will range from a typical website build to a large data fuelled site or e-commerce projects. Daily responsibilities will include the following:
Attending client briefing calls and meetings to fully understand the project scope
Working with the development and design teams to cost projects and create detailed schedules
Support with writing project proposals and having a creative input when required
Project planning and managing both internal and external resource
Day-to-day management of studio work throughout the lifecycle of the project
Ensuring work is delivered to excellent standards of quality, within the time and budget required
Managing client's expectations throughout their projects
Monitoring project resources and time usage to escalate any issues to senior management
Reporting project success for the delivered projects by measuring the results
Monitoring Service Level Agreements and ensuring objectives are met

About You
You'll fit right in here if you come with:
Experience in digital project management either at Junior level or established
Previous experience using project management software
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team collaboration skills and not afraid to make suggestions and bring ideas to the table
Experience in prioritising the workload and managing client expectations
Love planning and thinking of the bigger picture
Experience working with Agile project management methodologies
