Are you a senior-level Media Planner with strong B2B and digital media planning experience? This permanent opportunity comes with a salary of £60-£80k (DOE) and can be based in Milton Keynes, or part remote or fully remote, with key meetings in the office (all very flexible).
We have a long-standing relationship with this B2B digital marketing agency, fluent in demand generation, and have placed many a happy employee there. Their headcount is approximately 50 strong, including creative, marketing, media and client services. They are fluent in modern demand generation and have a client base of leading global brands. They are all about building strong connections with new and existing audiences through innovative digital marketing. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and ideas are encouraged across the business.
They are looking to take on a new Media Planning Director to lead one key client in the tech space.
The role works with the Chief Strategy Officer to plan and execute brand campaigns that align with the developed brand strategy.
Key tasks and responsibilities are to:
Manage key senior day-to-day client relationships and oversee the client brand media planning process from inception through final delivery, representing and advocating for the client's goals at all stages of the planning process.
Integrate offline and digital media channels, either within countries, within regions, or on a global level, which might include OOH, TV, Press, SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic, et al., into a single, platform-agnostic media plan that delivers client results first and foremost.
Responsible for and presenting media objectives and learning agenda documents for larger efforts and quarterly/annual planning, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of strategic excellence and deliver against the brief and client needs.
Proactively identify client and agency business opportunities to drive innovation and impact aligning with Client Relationship Directors to showcase the agency's exceptional capabilities.
Develop and mentor members of the media team across offices, overseeing and taking responsibility for their professional development and growth, giving special consideration to the individual talent and growth plans of members of your team.
With a passion for brand planning and B2B marketing, you will strive for creativity and excellence in the campaign plans that you develop and deploy into market. Using your cross media planning experience, you will be at the forefront of crafting plans that meet the standards expected of their clients, which deliver measurable growth of brand presence as well as business results by way of linking with demand campaigns or achieving increases in market share.
