I am working with a design agency in the Warwickshire area who are looking to add a Senior Account Manager to their small growing team. This role would suit a very experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who loves project variety and enjoys being adaptable across projects including branding, design, photoshoot production, website creation and social media campaigns. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a salary of up to £35,000.
This role would be a great opportunity for someone who loves to keep on learning and wants to work within a small team where they can gain exposure to a variety of clients and have the opportunity to wear lots of hats.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the day-to-day main point of contact across your client accounts
Lead on client relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Support with the day-to-day running of projects, supporting the agency team with execution across a mix of media channels
Brief the studio team and work collaboratively with them to deliver the best possible client work
Adapt to different types of projects including video, animation, photography, print and digital
Make recommendations to the clients and not be afraid to ask questions
Competitor research - looking at what your client's competitors are doing and keeping up to date with the latest trends
Reacting quickly when project scopes change with a strong ability to prioritise the workload
About you
You are passionate about delivering the best possible work for your clients. You have worked across different channels and are not afraid to have a go at delivering a project, which may be out of your comfort zone. This agency is very happy to support Account Handlers who are motivated and want to keep on learning.
You have a minimum of 5 years of agency experience and really want to grow and progress in the future to a more senior role. You have worked with tight-knit teams and love working with your colleagues, working towards the same goal of creating incredible work for your clients.
