Multidisciplinary Designer
This full-time, permanent opportunity for a Multidisciplinary Designer is 15 minutes outside of Cheltenham. The Company
Our client is a leading player in the new-build housing sector – a company that’s making big waves, winning national awards, and delivering critical work at scale. They work onsite 5 days per week and enjoy all the dynamism, connections and collaboration that brings. The full-time hours can be flexed within the day.
The Role
They’re looking for a Multidisciplinary Designer to join their Communications team and help bring their brand to life. You will work alongside one other Designer and report and work closely with the Communications Manager, who enjoys fun, hard work, team spirit and collaboration. You'll be creating everything from eye-catching social posts and corporate videos to polished brochures and brand assets; work that speaks directly to both internal and external audiences. This isn’t just about good design. It’s about storytelling, consistency, and impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the business communicates its mission, values, and services across multiple channels and help elevate the brand.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver digital and print content – brochures, posters, social graphics, email banners, newsletters, presentations and more (60%)
- Capture and edit photography (10%) and video content (including internal updates and event footage) 30%
- Keep internal media libraries and website content fresh and aligned with brand identity
- Liaise with printers, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure top-quality production
- Support stakeholders with creative briefs and work independently to bring ideas to life
- You’ll enjoy plenty of contact with internal teams, where your voice will be heard and where you can lead projects
What you’ll bring:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity across digital, video, and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video editing skills using Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Confidence behind the camera for photography and filming (they have their own green room)
- A strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
A degree in Graphic Design or similar is preferred, but relevant experience and a quality portfolio are just as important.
