Creative Operations Director

I am working with a talented Creative Operations Director who is looking for a new permanent opportunity. 

With a background in studio management and operations across multiple creative industries including computer games, fashion, packaging design and digital content, they have a strong understanding of how Designers like to work and offer expertise in improving work practices and processes to enable workflow and scheduling efficiency and have excellent experience in managing integration of new management software. 

As an approachable and culture-focused individual, they are passionate about building trusting working relationships with colleagues at all levels and have an empathetic and motivating approach to supporting a team. 

They have been successful in leading large multidisciplinary design teams as well as managing freelance resource to ensure the team is commercially productive whilst delivering innovative creative-led content for clients. Ideally looking for a role where they can make a positive impact on studio and creative operations, as well as being able to help upskill the design team.
