This Talent Acquisition Manager has worked both in-house for a leading brand and also within a large networked creative agency for 5 years. Before that, they were an agency recruiter, so they are truly versed in all sides of talent acquisition.
They can manage an end-to-end recruitment process across creative, marketing, PR, client services and digital/tech roles. This TAM can also define an internal recruitment agency process, research and implement a PSL and set up processes for SLAs.
They are people focussed, strategic and able to manage others, but equally happy to work in a stand-alone role.
