Studio & Operations Manager

With a graphic design background, this highly experienced individual has progressed to managing teams and workloads and the delivery of multi-channel outputs across the studio. Having worked in traffic, production, studio, and operations roles, they offer excellent skills and experience in streamlining processes, planning & scheduling, project management systems, and print production.

They have successfully improved the running of design studios and have a great understanding and appreciation of the challenges around the small measures for improvement as well as the bigger changes, and they maintain a flexible approach to managing this.
