I look after freelance and contract resource across Creative & Design, Artwork & Production, Film & Motion, Client Services & Delivery, Marketing & Brand, PR & Comms, Digital Marketing and tech for agencies and in-house across the UK.

I have 10 years' industry experience (1 years' marketing agency experience; 9 years' creative and marketing recruitment experience).

My career in recruitment started working for a small recruitment business as an Assistant Resourcing and Marketing Manager. I then moved on to working for a marketing agency as an Account Executive, where the role involved junior level client management, on and offline project management and liaising with Creative, Studio and Development teams.

I am definitely, first and foremost, a people person. I love talking to new and existing freelancers, understanding their freelance offering, what works for them and what doesn’t, sharing industry news, and above all, supporting them throughout their freelance careers. To guide and support someone who is about to embark on their freelance journey and see them thrive - that is why I do what I do. I love getting to know our clients’ businesses, culture and what makes them tick. For me, it really is all about building relationships with our clients and freelancers and working hard to find suitable contractors for our clients’ temporary resource needs.
