With nearly 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry, including 16 years focused on marketing and creative recruitment. (Blimey, how old do I feel!?)

In 2009, Anna and I co-founded Beyond The Book with a clear mission: to challenge the traditional recruitment model and redefine what great recruitment looks like. Our goal was simple - break the mould of a high-volume, often low-quality industry, and provide smarter, more tailored recruitment solutions. At Beyond The Book, we partner with clients to source exceptional talent across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Sales, Operations, HR, and Talent roles.

As part of the management team, I focus on creating an environment that empowers our consultants to do their best work. By providing them with the right tools, processes, and quality control, we ensure they’re fully equipped to help our clients secure top-tier talent. At the end of the day, it's all about supporting our team to work smart, not just hard and delivering outstanding results for our clients and candidates alike.
