Anna and I co-founded Beyond The Book in 2009, when we decided we wanted to try and change people’s perception of recruiters and do things a little differently. Our servicing levels, along with our fabulous team of like-minded people, have definitely helped us to grow our fantastic reputation. We know what we’re talking about and we genuinely do try and get back to everyone – we know how annoying it can be not to receive a reply to a job application.
