With 11 years’ professional experience (7 years in creative and production agencies and 4 years' in recruitment), I support the interim and permanent consulting teams in proactively engaging candidates that are in demand, so we can deliver strong candidates, as quickly as possible for our clients. I also manage the various platforms and tech needed to ensure we can exhaust the market seamlessly.

I started off my career as an Account Manager in London, working for an array of brilliant full-service agencies before laying down roots in the Midlands. From my time spent in the world of digital, print and creative agencies, I gained a deep understanding of the principles, processes, roles, and responsibilities required to succeed in the creative, events and marketing field.

What I love most about being a consultant at Beyond The Book is the personal touch and principle led values we encompass. I thoroughly enjoy the process of listening, learning and really understanding the crux of a client brief or candidate's journey to their next opportunity. I’m keen on building and retaining relationships so I can be a trusted face for helping clients and candidates alike find their perfect match.
