Are you a Marketing and Communications Manager looking for an opportunity to join a leading Not-For-Profit organisation in Birmingham? An exceptional opportunity to focus on developing marcomms strategies and leading a small team to deliver. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary of £45k-£50k. This role is based in Birmingham and will be onsite 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

The Role

As Communications and Marketing Manager you will be planning, developing and delivering the comms and marketing strategy. You will be helping the team to deliver a strategic plan to achieve their goals. You will be leading a team of 5 across marketing, comms and creative, helping them grow and develop in their career while delivering brilliant marketing and comms campaigns. 

About You

  • You will have experience in owning a marketing and comms strategy and have experience across the different touchpoints

  • Brilliant commercial experience with an eye for the data

  • Experience in leading a small team and passion for helping nurture others and acting as a mentor

  • Happy working in a strategic role but not afraid to get stuck in as needed

  • Experience developing campaigns across marketing, digital, social, email, PR, media and events

  • Take insights and feed back into the strategy

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and confident in working with people and talking to senior level people
