This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail agency, specialising in shopper marketing and brand/retail activation. We are looking for a conceptual Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in crafting retail campaigns, comms, packaging, and digital content, working as part of a dedicated team for the agency's biggest brand and client account. If you have experience with retail design, brand development and have a shopper-orientated mindset, this could be a fantastic move in your career. The role is permanent and full-time, with 2 days expected on-site at the office in Northampton.

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will be part of a dedicated brand team of Creative Directors, Account Managers, Creative Artworkers, and Designers. Your talent for visual craft, copy and comms will thrive in this role, and see you working across omni-channel consumer campaigns, retail packaging, brand development, digital content, and compelling deck presentations. You will often develop visual ideas led by Creative Directors as well as coming up with your own ideas in sketch form or mac visuals. You will truly be able to get under the skin of the brief to evaluate what you will deliver, and every project you touch will be informed by your understanding of the customer journey, out-of-store to in-store.
You have experience working with high-profile brands in creative agencies with a portfolio showcasing original thinking for brand development & shopper marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. You are a strong communicator and presenter, able to rationalise your creative solutions with confidence, and share your passion for brands and brand stories. You consider yourself a well-rounded graphic designer who can put your hand to graphic communication and content across print, packaging and digital, and vector/digital illustration. You are highly skilled in Mac & Adobe CS, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and you're happy to use PowerPoint to pull together creative presentation decks to engage your clients.
