We are now looking for an experienced Recruiter from anywhere in the UK (with the ability to commute to Warwickshire once a month) to join the team. You will have over 3 years’ recruitment experience, be a specialist in your sector, and have an existing network of potential clients and candidates that you have built strong relationships with, over your time in recruitment.
We would love to hear from individuals who have experience and networks in either the North of the UK, London, South East, South Coast, South West, or The Midlands.
The highlights:
- Fully remote* (*The team gets together physically once a month, in the Midlands)
- A 360-degree recruitment consultant role, but with a key focus on delivery, a high level of candidate and client care, and desk growth through network
- Very well supported in the business by back-office admin, resourcing and a sales and marketing function
- A strong recruitment tech-stack, including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Woo, Recruiter Insider, Honch, SourceWhale, MyPeople and Microsoft Teams

- 25 days holiday, including 4 days (minimum) shut down at Christmas, rising to 30 days after five years. There is also up to 10 days holiday available through team targets and individual stretch targets.
Key responsibilities and Activities:
- Proactively building your brand and marketing yourself and your sector through smart use of existing content and original thought pieces, including video
- Building your network of advocates and future candidates within your sector through memorable experiences
- Running complete recruitment campaigns, from brief to placement, to include:
- Face to face client briefings
- Creating interesting and compelling job copy to deploy across multiple channels
- The technical ability to search effectively for talent on LinkedIn, databases, and other sources
- Candidate management from initial telephone contact, through to internal interviews, interview prep and placement negotiation
- All client contact throughout the candidate search, to placement
- Working with existing clients, building relationships, and ensuring our high service standards are always delivered, with exceptional end to end recruitment solutions
- Identifying and acting on all opportunities to develop relationships with existing clients
- Creating business opportunities by networking and making connections with new companies
- Developing a deep knowledge of current and potential clients, and the industry we serve
