Social Media Manager

I am working with a PR and marketing agency in Nottingham who are looking for a Social Media Manager OR Social Media Lead OR Digital and Social Lead to join their senior team. If you have a passion for digital, love keeping up with the latest trends in social media and enjoy being creative in the B2B and B2C space then keep reading. This role will require you to be both a social media strategist and a hands-on 'doer'. You will be working with a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients including property and education. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £30k - £38k DOE. Our client is offering hybrid working and so you will be in the office 3 days a week with 2 from home. Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank, extra days holiday for Christmas, your Birthday off, monthly allowance for working from home and a personal training budget.

The Role

This a great opportunity for a Digital and Social Media Manager or Lead who is looking for a role where they can really have autonomy and make the role their own. You will be a strategist at heart and love to come up with social media strategies and campaign plans, but you will also be happy to deliver these campaigns. A unique role allowing you to have ownership of strategy but get to be creative too. You will be a content person through and through able to develop content strategies too.

About You

  • Experience working in a Social Media Manager role
  • Experience in developing B2B social media strategies across all key channels
  • A passion for digital and social media and not afraid to try new things
  • Currently working in a role where you are hands-on in delivery of social media campaigns across both organic and paid social media
  • Experience working with different-sized budgets
  • A passion for content and strong experience in driving and delivering content strategies
  • Ideally, you will have previous agency experience
