Marketing Manager

Are you a Marketing Manager looking to join a brilliant Creative Comms Agency in a 12-13 month Fixed-term contract and part-time role? Our client is looking for someone 3 days per week. This comms agency is looking for someone who comes from a marketing background and is able to manage the implementation of the 2024/2025 marketing plan with a focus on storytelling. This is a fixed-term contract role with a salary of £45k FTE to be prorated to 3 days. You will join a talented team of professionals with a huge passion for what they do. If you have an interest in employee engagement and how to bring important information to life in a creative way, this could be a great role for you.

Our client has huge flexibility and is now fully remote, but you will need to be based in the UK.

Our Client

Our client is a creative communications agency that focuses on employee engagement. They work with a range of businesses across different sectors in the development and activation of comms campaigns. They are a creative bunch and manage all design internally with their in-house creative team. With a passion for people and a desire to offer their clients a 1st class experience, this is a great role for someone who is just as passionate about relationships as they are.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be working with a marketing team with a focus on managing the implementation and delivery of their 2024/2025 marketing strategy. You will be project managing campaigns, coaching and mentoring the team on best practice and will ensure that all content that is delivered is focused on their tone of voice. You will absolutely love words and be working across thought leadership delivery, research, podcast, content and email marketing to name a few.

About You

  • You will have experience working in a Marketing Manager role and have previous experience in delivering a marketing strategy
  • You will love to mentor others and be able to ensure that the team is learning and growing in marketing
  • You will be a storyteller at heart and will work closely with the consultants and creative team to ensure that all content is telling their story perfectly
  • A fab communicator and able to work with stakeholders at different levels
  • A strategic approach and able to report on campaign performance, making suggestions and recommendations
  • Not afraid to get stuck in and create content where needed
  • Able to see the bigger picture and how teams link together
  • An interest in financial products or pensions would be a bonus but not essential
  • Strong project management experience, managing projects from end to end and checking in with the team regularly to help problem-solve
  • Happy working in a 12-month FTC role and looking for part-time hours (3 days per week)
