PR Account Director
A brilliant new opportunity for a B2B PR Account Director OR Senior PR Account Director to work closely with the senior leadership team and drive the growth of this small PR agency based in Derbyshire. The Role
As PR Account Director you will be working closely with the Directors on agency growth and managing the team to deliver across their client portfolios. You will be that strategic voice, working with clients to develop PR strategies and supporting the team to deliver. You will be a people person, love strategy and want to help others to be their best. You will love working at a senior level reporting to the Directors and will help them to continue to achieve their growth plans. This role will allow you to be creative, think outside the box and offer the very best service to your clients while having fun and feeling supported.
About You
This role would suit a PR Account Director who is looking for real autonomy and ownership. You may already be working at PR Account Director level in a bigger agency but looking for a role where you can make a real impact. You will be developing PR and comms strategies and supporting your team to deliver and achieve great results for clients. You will be the ‘go-to’ in the team and love to help others grow and develop.
- Must have agency experience
- Working as PR Account Director or Senior PR Account Director and have experience in developing overarching PR and comms strategies for clients
- Experience in team management and love to nurture and grow talent, helping people to problem solve and develop in their career
- Experience working with B2B sectors although we are open to what kinds. Any experience in pharma, logistics, print and packaging would be a bonus
- Someone who loves to spot opportunities and has that bigger-picture thinking
- A passion for taking the lead and driving growth
- Budget management experience and experience in new business, developing proposals and supporting with pitches
- Happy to be working onsite 3 days per week
