Paid Media Manager
Are you a Paid Media Specialist looking to join an integrated marketing agency in Bristol? Our client is leading the way with digital transformation, working with a range of exciting clients across non-profit, charity and consumer brand. They are looking for a Paid Media expert to join the team in a unique role that will see you managing paid media activity for clients, involved in campaign ideation and hands-on delivery. If you are looking for a chance to join a team and play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the paid media offering, this is a fab long-term opportunity. This role is a full-time perm role with a salary of £36k-£40k. This is a hybrid role and will be onsite 3 days per week.

The Role
As Paid Media Manager you will be working directly with clients to develop and consult on their paid media strategies. You will make recommendations based on reporting and data and be obsessed with monitoring campaign performance. This role will see you developing, implementing and optimising campaigns across PPC and Paid Social Media with experience using a range of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tab Manager, SEMrush to name a few. Lots of opportunity to shape the paid media offering and be a true expert in your field.
About You
- You will have experience in developing paid media strategies across PPC and paid social media and be able to set up and optimise campaigns
- You will be looking for a role that blends strategy with hands-on delivery and won’t be afraid to get stuck in
- You will have experience in managing paid social media campaigns
- Able to manage your own campaigns and enjoy reporting, looking at data
- Experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, GA4 along with others
- Working with the wider marketing team to integrate paid media campaigns
- A real interest in digital trends and a passion for keeping up with trends in marketing
- Experience in improving campaign performance
- Analytical and data-driven
- Brilliant time management and love spinning lots of plates
- Able to plan and map paid campaigns
