Marketing and Brand Manager *SORRY, ROLE NOW PLACED*
Are you looking for a new role as a Part-time Brand and Marketing Manager? I am working with an incredibly innovative law firm based in Redditch that is looking for its first brand marketer to join the team and help elevate its brand through content and marketing. This is a part-time role (ideally 3 days per week) with a salary of £38k-£40k FTE (which will be pro-rated). This is a hybrid role with huge flexibility, all we ask is that you can be onsite 1 day per week (or more if you want). If you are a storyteller who loves brand marketing and looking for a role that allows you to be strategic as well as hands-on this is a great one!

Our client is a lovely Law firm based in Redditch. If you think you know legal firms then this one might surprise you. Our client does things a little differently, they are fun, and innovative and are incredibly proud of their brand. They are a great group of people who are super passionate about what they do and are looking for that missing piece, someone to come in and tell their story in a creative and fun way. They have a great brand, now it is time to start sharing it!
The Role
As Brand and Marketing Manager you will be joining a team that values your expertise. They will be looking to you to come up with a marketing plan to elevate their brand across the key marketing channels. Not only will you have full autonomy but in this new role you will be able to really craft and shape the role in the direction you want to take it. You will be working on strategy but will also be very hands-on in the delivery as their sole marketer initially.
About You
This role would suit a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager looking for a part-time role that fits around you and will allow you to be creative and strategic and also hands-on. If you love brand and content and organic growth this is the role for you.
- Experience in growing a brand through marketing, ideally some B2B experience but not essential
- Experience in developing brand and content strategy and a passion for writing. You will be a fab writer who can tell a brand story across website, blog, email, pr opportunities and marketing collateral
- A creative at heart and able to edit marketing collateral with their new brand
- Experience in shaping tone of voice and able to ensure this is consistent across different channels
- Experience in content for social media and writing content for LinkedIn
- Owning the marketing materials, ensuring they look slick, on brand and engaging (you don’t need to be a Graphic Designer, just a creative eye!)
- Working with the senior team to advise on marketing and happy taking ownership of this area of the business
To confirm this is a part-time role with a salary of up to £40k which will be pro-rated based on a 3-day week.
