Account Director

Are you an agency Account Director, looking for a position where your voice is heard and you can play a key role in the growth and strategy of the agency? Do you prefer a smaller agency, but appreciate the security of a large agency? This opportunity comes with a salary of up to £58k and is based 2 days per week (Tue and Wed) near Cirencester with 3 at home, should you want it.

The Role

The Account Director is an integral role within the Client Services team, and the Cirencester agency and will be the right hand to the Head of Client Services. The Client Services department manages a range of accounts, across a variety of sectors, with quite a strong B2B offering. This role sits in a small team. The Account Director will be very hands-on and exceptional at first-class delivery and relationship management. However, they really want this person to be strategic thinking with a questioning mind. It's fundamental to this role that the Account Director has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial approach. As a role, it's a great mix of strategy, hands-on delivery and commercial growth to make it an enjoyable and rewarding role. It is a very varied account delivering a broad spectrum of creative and marketing solutions, across a variety of categories. This is a role that you can absolutely shape and make your mark on.

About You

You will be an established AD with both B2B and B2C experience, who loves agency life and feels a better fit in a smaller, more agile and collaborative environment. This person will be wanting a role where their voice can be heard as part of a small team, leading and developing on the growth of the client relationships. You will be a solutions-focused problem solver, and be able to deliver across mult -channels and disciplines. You will have a growth mindset and be able to spot an opportunity and develop it.
