Senior Account Manager

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager? This agency is filled to the brim with amazing people with a mutual love of brand and the buzz you get from seeing a vast variety of campaigns come to life. They are looking for an equally eager Account Manager to join their team and manage multiple campaigns and projects for key clients. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with 2 days a week based in an incredible, inspiring office space in Leicestershire (but you are welcome to do more if you’re a people person and enjoy being in the office) and a salary of £37-44k DOE and a fantastic benefits package including enhanced annual leave, Electric Car Salary Sacrifice, Health Cash plan and life assurance.

The Role

As Senior Account Manager you will help to develop and maintain successful client accounts. You will develop close relationships with your clients to understand their needs, create excellent creative solutions and exceed your clients’ expectations. Brilliant organisational skills are important to ensure that you are working to timescales and budgets to deliver complex projects.

About You

  • Ideally have experience with multi-channel, integrated campaigns
  • Experience as an existing SAM within agency
  • Have a forward-thinking approach to all aspects of your work, displayed by a positive, proactive and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Brilliant relationship management skills
  • Commercially minded to identify opportunities and develop new areas of the client business
  • Experience of financial management
  • Strong time management and outstanding organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask while working to deadline
  • Be committed to high standards of delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to deliver client needs
  • Self-motivated and an agile thinker
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
