Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
Are you an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager wanting to work with some first-class brands? This full-service retail design agency is filled to the brim with amazing people, and they work with clients across beauty, sport, fashion, lifestyle and home. They are looking for an equally eager Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their team and work with some fabulous clients. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with 1 day per week working from home and the other 4 days per week either in their incredible, inspiring office space in Leicestershire or with clients. The salary is flexible depending on the experience and level of the candidate but a salary guide is £30-40k with a fantastic benefits package including Private Medical and Dental, an Employee Assistance Programme Plus and an employee high street/shopping card.
The Company
This agency is a global, full-service retail design agency. They have a fabulous team that can deliver high-quality retail design concepts from concept to production. Their projects cover retail design, shop in shop, pop-up-shops, promotional events, window displays and POP displays, as well as high-quality store developments. They are based out of a converted barn in the Leicestershire countryside, so driving is essential. As a company, they have a fun and creative environment. A lot of the team embraces the outdoors / sporty lifestyle (there are showers on-site) and this is actively encouraged by the company.
The Role
The Account Manager will be joining the established Client Services team which is a really fun and creative environment to work in. You will need to be efficient and highly organised to manage complex projects across a range of brilliant brands including retail branded spaces, pop-up environments, store design and VM. You will also need first-class relationship management skills to ensure that clients are kept informed and receive a high-level service. This role will include some element of travel. The Client Services team is very much managing their own time and visiting stores and clients regularly, makes each week unique.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience working with a creative or design agency, along with:
- Have a passion for design and retail
- Experience in Retail branded spaces, pop up environments, Store display & VM and POS would be preferred
- Demonstrate an understanding of or have experience in visual merchandising
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have strong organisation skills to manage complex projects
- Creative and commercial mindset
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail
- Confident and enthusiastic
