We are excited to showcase this brand-new Copywriter position with Like Minds UK, a long-established creative internal communications agency. This fantastic new role will suit a midweight level Copywriter who is looking to be part of a collaborative agency team, working across creative multi-channel communications. This is a fully remote role with bi-monthly visits to London, a salary of £30k-£35k depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.

Our client is a creative communications agency specialising in internal communications in the financial sector. With a talented team of Designers and Communications Consultants, they are passionate about big ideas and helping their clients’ employees make better decisions about their money and work, which they deliver effectively with their creativity, technical knowledge, research and thought leadership. They offer a positive and supportive working culture to ensure the whole team can develop personally and professionally. The agency is going through an exciting period of growth, and after being recently acquired by a larger corporation, they have stability and support whilst retaining the independence of a small agency.

Your application will find itself in the hands of a specialist consultant with a depth of knowledge in this opportunity.

The Role

This is very collaborative role that will see you working closely with Designers and Consultants to develop meaningful and integrated campaigns for pensions communications, that deliver a cohesive message across various platforms including print, web, and video. You will put forward innovative creative ideas and contribute to the development of content strategy, supporting the consultants in writing compelling copy that connects with the intended audience and drives action and behavioural change. You’ll also have the chance to attend client meetings (mainly virtual, but a few in person) where appropriate, and manage feedback to refine copy. You will also be involved with Like Minds’ own brand and marketing communications, creating a clear tone of voice guide and being responsible for how it’s applied consistently across their platforms.

About You

You have experience in applying multiple brand tones of voice across different projects, ideally in either corporate, B2B or B2E sectors. You will have an impressive portfolio showing skills and understanding of tone of voice and use of multiple media channels. You have a creative approach to copy and have excellent writing and editing skills and are confident in your abilities in editing and proofreading copy. You enjoy researching relevant trends and products to inform and improve content. You are happy to work remotely and independently and balance this with creating collaborative working relationships.
