Senior Creative
We are looking for an inspiring Senior Creative to bring their strategic, conceptual and creative copywriting skills to an exciting creative content agency, in a brand-new role focused on creative strategy and creative leadership. This permanent role offers 32 flexible hours from Monday to Friday, with 2 days required in the central Birmingham office. Salary £50k-£55k depending on experience.

The Role
In your role as Senior Creative, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Art Director to develop insights and frameworks that inform the creative work. You will take ownership of forming the strategic creative response for campaigns and projects through research, concepts, and copywriting to create effective storytelling, which you will present to clients. You will also play an important role in providing mentorship to the design team, helping them to elevate their creative thinking and design output. This is a small creative team therefore, at times, you will be expected to jump on the tools with graphic design, either for visuals or presentation/ pitch deck design.
About You
You have strong creative agency experience within your established field of graphic design and have reached the senior phase of your career, either as a conceptual senior graphic designer or as an art director. You love creative problem-solving and know how to push creative boundaries, always keeping up to date with industry trends and technology. You are passionate about nurturing designers and enjoy the process of upskilling a team or helping more experienced designers refine their craft. You understand the approach required in a small creative team, you are prepared to get stuck in, be hands-on the tools when required, and truly know how to motivate and inspire those around you to champion team effort and collaboration and deliver the highest quality creative work to your clients.
